sharp.go provides a 3D web-based Weiqi (Go) game with AI and online multiplayer modes. Some features may be free, some may require a paid subscription.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You agree to use sharp.go only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Cheating, automated play, harassment, and abuse of infrastructure are prohibited.

The sharp.go game client, engine, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of game data you generate (your games, replays, annotations) and may export it at any time in an open format.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sharp.go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months, or [TBD — jurisdictional cap] if no fees were paid.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
